Beyond Horizons Founders
Beyond Horizons is a non-profit organization in Anoka County, MN. We are a ministry of Horizons Community Church in Ham Lake, Minnesota and have been serving those in need since 2009.

We are currently accepting servant applications (click here to register)! Servants can sign up for specific service capacities and as people in our surrounding communities voice their needs, we will attempt to match a servant (volunteer) with a person in need (client).
