Who We Are…..

Beyond Horizons is a Christian non-profit organization located in Anoka County, Minnesota.  Beyond Horizons is set up to create an efficient system to match those who have the time and heart to serve with those who need help in our local community.

Our focus is to pick up where other organizations in Anoka and Isanti Counties drop off and connect individuals and families with the services and resources needed to preserve well being and human dignity.

Beyond Horizons’ goal is to have a significant impact on the lives of those we serve.  We do this by meeting their practical needs with our time, talent and touch, and by serving them with a compassion heart.  In doing so, we hope that they will understand that they are not alone.

We are proud to be a ministry of Horizons Community Church.

Areas of Service…..

Beyond Horizons serves the residents of Ham Lake, Isanti, Andover, Blaine, Coon Rapids and East Bethel first and then move outward from there as we have resources and ability.
